The physical shell that is your body is the vehicle for your soul in this lifetime, and its wellness has a tremendous impact on your overall quality of life. Itâs difficult to focus on achieving any goal if youâre distracted by physical discomfort, ailment or disease. Your well-being is a necessity and it is paramount to your success. Ask anyone who is successful and I bet that they will tell you that their health is one of the most important things to them. Why? Because without good health and vitality, there can be no wealth. No success. No purpose fulfilled. Period. Healthful living is a prerequisite to purposeful living.
Your physical health is all about your body. Being aware of this major part of who you are is key to living a more purposeful life. Your strengths, your talents, your struggles, your obstacles and your vision for your form all play a huge role in both your self-image and self-perception. Having a strong and healthy physical body allows you to maintain the energy necessary to effectively house your soul and ultimately fulfill a Now Purpose in physical health and any other area of life.
